These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) constitute a binding agreement between you (“Customer,” “You”) and SAVRANA (“We,” “Us,” “Our”) regarding the use of our website www.savrana.com (the “Site”) and the purchase of products offered therein.
By placing an order, creating an account, or otherwise using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
This document is provided in English. By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you understand the language and accept all conditions.

Due to the natural origin of gemstones and other materials used in our jewelry, slight variations in color, shape, size, and pattern may occur. These natural differences are not considered defects and do not constitute grounds for return or refund. The product images shown on our website and social media are for illustrative purposes only.
Each piece of our jewelry is handcrafted and may include natural gemstones. Due to the unique nature of these materials, no two stones are exactly alike in color, pattern, or shape.

1.5 Order Process
- Select the desired product(s) and add them to your cart.
- At checkout, review your order and accept these Terms by checking the box “I agree to the Terms & Conditions, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.”
- Submit your payment via the available payment methods.
- You will receive an order confirmation by email.
- Orders are only processed after full payment has been successfully received and confirmed.
1.6 Payment
We accept payments via credit/debit card, PayPal, and other methods as displayed at checkout.
Transactions are processed securely, and we do not store your payment card details.
1.7 Shipping
We ship within Israel and internationally.
Shipping costs, delivery times, and available methods are displayed at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services, customs clearance, or force majeure events.
Our primary delivery partners are HFD and Israel Post, but we reserve the right to use alternative services if necessary.

Any disputes shall be brought exclusively before the competent courts in Haifa, Israel.
2. Refund and Returns Policy
2.1 General Policy
In accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981 (חוק הגנת הצרכן), you may be entitled to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, provided it is unused, in its original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
For custom-made or personalized items, cancellations are not allowed once production has begun.
For international orders, return rights under Israeli law may not apply; such cases will be handled at our sole discretion.
2.2 Conditions for Returns
We will accept returns if:
- The product is unused and in original packaging.
- You provide proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, or invoice).
- The return is initiated within the permitted timeframe.
2.3 Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made, personalized, or adjusted-length jewelry.
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons).
- Items sold as “final sale.”
2.4 Return Process
- Contact us via email within the return period.
- Receive confirmation and return instructions.
- Ship the item back at your expense (unless the return is due to our error).
- All returns must be shipped with a tracking number and in secure packaging.
- Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 business days.
2.5 Refund Method
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2.6 Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide photos and description of the issue.
- We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at our expense.
2.7 Special Conditions for Handmade Jewelry
- Due to the handmade and natural nature of materials, slight differences in color, texture, or pattern do not constitute defects.
- Returns are not accepted for custom-made, personalized, or adjusted-length items, and for earrings (hygiene reasons), except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
- Customers must inspect the item immediately upon receipt and report any defect within 48 hours.
- Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and without signs of wear or alteration.
- In case of a defect, we may offer a free repair or replacement instead of a refund.
Our jewelry may contain natural gemstones and materials that inherently vary in color, inclusions, and shape. Such natural variations are part of the product’s uniqueness and are not considered manufacturing defects.
Customers acknowledge and accept that the item received may differ slightly from photographs due to these natural variations.
